Common Questions
Do you provide the Christmas lights?
Yes. We use commercial-grade C9 and C7 bulbs, mini lights and wreaths that are custom-cut and fitted to your home. You never buy, store or replace anything — the lighting is part of your service.
Do you take the lights down?
We do. Takedown is included in every installation. After the season we return, carefully remove everything and leave your home exactly as we found it.
What happens if a light goes out?
Contact us and we'll take care of it. In-season service is included — if a strand, bulb or timer needs attention, we come back out and fix it.
Do you store the lights?
Yes. After takedown we label and store your display in our warehouse, so it's ready to go back up next Christmas and nothing takes up space in your garage.
When should I schedule Christmas light installation?
The earlier the better. Most Northeast Ohio homeowners book between August and October, and installations begin in early October and continue through early December. Late requests are welcome, but calendars fill quickly.
Can you install lights I already own?
For traditional Christmas lighting we install our own commercial-grade product so we can guarantee it. For Govee Pro permanent lighting, we purchase the kit for you at special pricing, so you do not need to source it yourself.
